dolphin...i never under-estimate the earnings power of a company that has many strings to its bow including increasing amounts of govt work. The mining side will slow as contracts wind down in 2010. Agree that infrastructure boom will more than compensate. Just like UGL, DOW suits super funds seking high returns. Watch out for 2Q results in Feb. Expect surprise on the upside.
