    As I explained, the whole thing against the ASX is misguided. Every major exchange around the world will treat this situation the same. If you want to be trading, push management to agree to whatever escrow tetms ASX want including shareholder disclosure.
    We have grounds to push back on the rest given that's between isx and asic, but matters relating to SOI and perf shares need to be dealt with ASX.
