    (Hi Cyber
Have tried multiple times but HC won't let me link your post. Hope you see this)

    Cyber you are 100% correct.

Most certainly from what I have read about LDA they would have been all over BRN in particular the business plan hence the new VP of Sales and the plan around engineering teams would have had to pass muster.

Secondly they would have been auditing the agreements which have been entered with early access customers including Ford and Valeo.

In particular I expect that LDA would be most interested in the "Proof of Concept" agreements because on the face of it these would be the most advanced commercial opportunities.

The CEO has stated that these customers, that is the ones who have proof of concept agreements, have had the Akida Development Environment and the IP and that soon they will have the physical silicon in the form of AKD1000 so on this basis they are the agreements most likely to provide the earliest commercial return.

Noting that all of the above is just my opinion here is what I think is the exciting part.

Cyber you have mentioned a few times the large Sth Korean company for Smart Home applications that the CEO said were testing the life out of the ADE and IP. Well I am guessing they are one of these proof of concept customers.

If I am correct then if AKD1000 does perform to specification they must be very, very advanced and I would like to believe that a licence agreement for the IP will be announced not long after they have the AKD1000 Board.

They know what they expect to see from it so testing should be very much a formality and then the battle of contracts will commence.

    My opinion only DYOR.
