CongratulationsFirst of all, well done to SI & Team, we are so lucky to have such a strong outfit looking after Mesoblast affairs.
If you weren't sold on SI before, you should now.
We have a CEO who is passionate and knowledgeable about our product.
He is adapt in the financial world as per the medical world; and has navigated Mesoblast through many years of CRs.
The best part is that he has so much skin in the game that his interests is very well aligned with SHs - so we are very lucky.
And the team behind him is so confident and unified!
Secondly, to all the guys who were on the call last night - a great group.

Go back and have a look at all these posters - these are the core MSB'ers with enough conviction to stay up to listen to what was assumed to be a boring scientific meeting - but, boy was it exciting and fun

What did the vote mean?We are now very very close to the final FDA approval, after the vote last night of 9-1 it is very hard for the FDA to go against the ADOC recommendation - nor would the FDA want to.
FDA guided Mesoblast through the path of approval - it would be weird for them to do a backflip - and on what basis?
FDA approval will come and it will come quickly - maybe within the next 2 weeks.
Why should the FDA approve quickly?
They have to clear the path for Covid-19 ARDS label extension.
There is too much political pressure for them to drag this out.
So get Ryoncil approved first.
They can say "see, we went through a whole rigorous process with Ryoncil. The product is safe and works."
So now we've done a separate trial and we have evidence via the RCT that this is safe and works also for Covid-19 ARDS.
We have no reasons not to approve it to solve the Covid-19 issue!
Manufacturing will be improved to ensure that the massive jump from a niche aGVHD market to Covid-19 ARDS.
That was the pathway - and it is now clear to me.
Mesoblast was given the heads up - hence, the recent CR.
"Hey guys, we are going to approve you on the niche market, but do something about manufacturing because this is where you are likely to have issues."

We've had the conviction to buy/ top-up
We've had the conviction to hold whilst the vote was unknown
Now the question is do you have the conviction to HODL
Well that's not an easy question to answer.
If you need the money, then go ahead and sell some of your stock
If you are overweight on MSB and can't sleep, then go ahead and sell some of your stock
However, for me.
Mesoblast story hasn't changed and only just begun.
So, until the story changes or unless SI sells out - I won't be selling any of my stocks, even though I'm fully aware of how overweight I am on MSB.

This is massive!
Think of electric cars, online shopping etc... massive shift!
Mesoblast has been hamstrung in the past with cash flow, but with Ryoncil, we are going from a researched based company to commercialisation.
This is another big deal
Then think about the confidence that the above will bring to the remaining suite of Mesoblast products?
What would it do to any future partnership $$$ and terms?

With all the above, the news is gonna shift.
The AFR of the world will now change their tune
The Institutions will change their tune
The analysts will change their tune - and with that a huge increase in target prices
