Another way of looking at it is. By default - tying up all the assets against the loan can have the effect of putting a net value of 26mil on them. No different to buying a home, they now hold all the title deeds to those assets.
Let me emphasis as I did in my first post, this would be the worse case scenario. I hope like everybody else it gets positive from here, we need revenue to turn any of it around. My own opinion would be to have Nifty as the processing plant for everybody in that area = $ per Kg processed.
