I've been holding cnp since last jan...traded it now and then, but mostly averaged down along the way...i really decided to become a long term holder after the speculation of the t/over bids in april last year.

the sp. spiked dramatically and i got caught in the 60's..

this stabilisation plan is for the long term,so i believe that cnp and cer will have a good future..however i think they'll have a better future if they're taken over by another property group..

will 2009 be the year of takeovers..?? who knows??

but one thing is certain..the speculation will run havoc with the SP.
