Can you please correct me if I'm wrong.
The Convertible Notes being issued are worth $1,188,000
When these mature at the end of 2009 and if the holders want to convert them to ordinary shares. $1188000~.07 = 16971433
The way I'm reading this, I get the feeling that 7c will be on top of the original note the investor acquired....meaning the total amount received would actually be equivalent to .14c total per share less interest paid on the notes at 8%....correct???
If this is the case, I feel a lot happier.
By the end of 2009 PLT is [hopefully I'm right] going to be a lot closer to a Dollar than .14c
This would work out at a slight premium to 'Unsplender's' shares at 11.5c
Pleeeease don't tell me I'm wrong.
I wouldn't be at all surprised to see a very positive early update on sales, providing all the production problems are completely sorted out, to give the SP a little extra momentum before they need to raise any more cash...possibly when they start using the Polish and Malaysian companies to start producing larger numbers of SUS's.
This a personal opinion, not one from the company.
Should be a few interesting months ahead to keep our interest up.
    Regards Dabru
