    Hi Capitain,

    You can forget about Take Over, no one has got any money, or the bank won't lend them anyway. Galleria Centro has been on the market for ages, if you read this weekend's Financial Review, no one is giving finance at the moment. My view, after the 15th of Jan, CNP will be lucky to stay at above $0.16 for the rest of the year.
