The only reason someone or something would try and cap the price is so they can accumulate. The five days of closing it at 16.5cents was enough proof this was happening and amazingly it stopped when it became a subject of discussion.

Knowing this is occurring don’t sell. He she or it will get sick of selling to itself trying to shake the confidence of real shareholders and start paying the correct price or go away.

These games only work when others play.
