APAC do not hold "title deeds". Guarantors do. But that makes little different. The statement by MLX board that the loan is unsecured is a sleight of hand, by the look of it. If your grandmother guarantees your loan and you don't pay and the only asset she has is her house, out she goes. House taken by bank and sold up.
Why is there no trading this morning? Its 11.45 already. No notice to ASX to stop. Has trading been suspended by the ASX?
