Well, first up it is an update...

Exactly.
26 June - L71 excavation commenced
9 July - Hole in the ground, first 2000t sample taken and stockpiled, contractor engaged to move it to the plant.
30 July - AGM presentation, L71 complete, L72 commenced, treatment in August. (Also lots of informal updates from HC posters that went to AGM)
10 August - 4000t moved to plant stockpile area, L72 excavation due to be moved by contractor soon, then processing will start.
14 August - processing has commenced.

Pretty fair to say they are providing updates on each step of the journey, more than what the regulatory requirement would be.

Now, speculation time again, 68,604 cubic metres processed during Q2 19, multiply by 2.5 to get tonnes, and divide by 90 days in a quarter to get about 1900 tonnes per day, so at least 2 days to process 4000t, might be a bit slower (I'm guessing a bulk sample process might be run through the plant a bit more deliberately than run of mine material. Also, kimberlite might not go through at the same rate as alluvial gravel.)
