I don't understand how they can list on the Nasdaq. They don't fit the capitalisation or revenue criteria. Perhaps they mean just the OTC (which is not that great).
The "period of privatisation" would need to be long enough for the company to increase. Of course, it may be that they think the MC on the ASX is artificially low and if they privatised the number can be amended.
