XJO, DOW,S&P, breaking out and BHP has an extremely bullish reverse H&S pattern with a bullish lower right shoulder and the neckline at $32. Target on a break of $32 neckline is $44, believe it or not! BHP chart shows two prior H&S patterns in May and September where price projections were met so watch for the break at $32. The Siroc has triggered a buy for the open tomorrow so I expect traders using this indicator will be long at the open! BHP also has a history of gapping through H&S necklines so possibly look for a gap to occur at $32 when the break comes whether it be tomorrow or later in the week.
