Yes and no. OST does have large debt as detailed in the AGM presentation. And OST has to accept vastly reduced price for its heamatite although weak AUD has helped. Overall OST is much better shape than BSL and with more straightalking/honest CEO. Hence, i would back OST over ASL everey single time. I feel capital raising via issue is not neceessary and will be disadvantagious for retail holders esp....... but not inconceivable.
Should it happen def provides a buying opportunity for non-holders.
