Fridays announcment re BOS Int: "BOSI have confirmed that an extension of the waiver until the maturity date of 19 July 2009 has been approved" gives RRT an excellent period to sell assets at a steady rate and thus provide noteholders with the best results.GPT(Government Property Trust) again last week announced to takeover the management rights to RRT for the 4th time but now we are hearing GPT will acquire some of RRT's key Govt portfolio for at and above book valuation thus clearing a substantial amount of debt and leave RRT with a very generous NTA compared to current market price thus the strong move up Friday.

I would be very sure Kinghorn and co would be viewing RRT now at giveaway prices.DYOR
