Okay so, GMV is going private and lets say they do not transfer the shares across, then bad news will spread very quickly. If GMV are truly trying to list on NASDAQ then it will have severe impact from proceeding on NASDAQ because of what's happened on ASX.

Remember, repetition is at stake here. If they do a runner on ASX share holders then USA institutions and share holders wont touch it. Too many ideas are thrown on here . Unless the company was only setup to milk shareholders and runaway which i doubt its the case here. For me personally, i will let it run all the way regardless of the outcome, i wont be selling for a lose. I will wait for further clarification from the company instead of keyboard warriors.
