So you'd prefer your mgmt didn't pursue that avenue? Why have your head in the sand? Why not push them to do everything they can rather than excusing them and waving your pom poms?
I've said before, I'm hardest on the companies I own and expect the most from them but here it seems like JK and team can do no wrong? I don't envy the position holders are in but if I was in that position I'd be pushing mgmt to do all they can to get me out of it.
Offer to meet the standard escrow, announce that to the world and put the onus back on ASX to say why that's not enough.
