I am new to this market can you please disclose the name of one company which had gone for an on market takeover...from what I understand the on market form of takeover is rare, theoretical. Three of the companies I held were taken over last year and all of them went through the scheme of arrangement.
On market takeover by appointing brokers to buy shares via asx seems interesting.
