This seems like a nice compromise. Do you think that GSJBW have taken a pound of flesh as was suggested they might in earlier posts? GSJBW got something out of it but what they are taking suggests long term confidence in the share price doesn't it?
Maybe PNA can get refinanced before June, 09. They sound confident they can refinance soonish. Either way this has to be good for the sp. They haven't done an OZL which is great.
