This placement is tiny compared to the companty size and number of shares on issue. Same discount was given to shareholders in a 1 for 6 issue that is underway, so I don't expect it will have any effect, other than to re-affirm for preople that HDR and WPL are going to stay close and that WPL is keen to ensure it has an adequate "blocking stake" in case of a takeover move by another party.
