A "defensive" stock that seems to have ever decreasing earnings. The income would need to be pretty good, just sayin......
Telco in this country is an industry nobbled by the LNP government (the comparison is NZ), we have all of crappy broadband, massive (bad) investment by government and terrible profitability. All to assist Murdoch (not to mention the $40m gifted to Fox Sports to cover "women's sport", your taxes at work to a company that doesn't pay tax here folks).
How any broker could put a near $4 target on this with a buy recommendation escapes me. There are companies out there paying similar dividends that have a better growth profile.
