Some forget Options still need to be okayed by shareholders which will be interesting as they will effectively result in a 10% dilution to existing shareholders if they are exercised.
This versus not existing....
Stringent condiditons and high pricing will be a common theme in any financiers playbook with respect to mining this year.
At least they got it rolled and can move to hopefully refinance before July 31.
