Also my 16 year old car is getting shakier by the day so we need some money to replace that in the next 6 months or so. (Not an investment of course just another expense that will suck up some of our money that the banksters can't pinch). In then end it's down to you and your particular goals and risk profile.

What about super? If super goes into nation building assets, it that not already a bail-in?
