I am just one among 90m shares who voted agaist Yacov 60m freebies (aka p.shares).
Note - only ~400m/713m took part in june AGM votes.

As for *Delisting/Asx & Nasdaq/listing, i will vote "Yes" for this resolution in EGM..
(My hunch is Gmv, unloved on asx, its MC will be rerated in Nasdaq to catch up with usa telehealth peers)

imo it will pass in *Egm:

Yacov, ~326m, 40%
Instos,~100m, 12%
subtotal, 426m, 52%
Additional 23%
is requred (from balance of 387m) to reach 75%.

That is under 4% of 813m, or ~ 6%, if Yacov 326m is excluded.
94 to 96% stand still.
