I'm with the general concensus on the TBR/RND Supreme Court proceedings, should they finally go to trial ags NST. I've scanned through the pdf of the January Supreme Court hearing and the Judge's response to each complaint by the plaintiffs indicates that the cases made ags EKJV Management and consequently GEM fall short of proof and are quite weak.
