Hey @timm EXR is my first foray into oil and gas stocks. I'm a goldbug at heart and into a lithium stock as well. I'm not that familiar with how the financing of development of EXR's resource(s) will proceed, however, if the near term results and announcements come in anywhere near @lawrence1967 predictions then do you think there will still be the inevitable CR, implying we will need cash to keep exploring or to prove up the resource, or is it more likely we are looking at entities buying into the company for a piece of the future production pie. I think we're looking at some sort of dilution either way, but obviously one would be a lot more palatable IMO.
Anyway, with your experience as a chartered accountant, and your proximity to EXR I would really appreciate your hypothetical opinion on the most likely path wrt financing for EXR at this stage.
