That you with such alacrity try to deride me is intriguing. Perhaps you should sit down and think about why you are doing it.

That you and others think I have never owned MSB is based upon your own thoughts. Not based upon reality.

I do what I do, because I see awful behaviour on here. All the whilst you see posts like "What is the MSB price based upon the MESO close price" or like the post made I think when the Mt Sinai hospital EAS result was announced "Why is the share price not moving given the news". It was pre-market when they posted it.

I just want some organic valuable discussion - not an awful social media forum where bullying and group think rules. If you want that - why dont you join the so called Mesoblast owners Facebook Page. You will get all the confirmation bias and adulation you need right there.

And finally, I did not make up a story about a lawsuit. I did not say there was a lawsuit. All i stated was that a plaintiff lawyer, one that is well known in the US for doing such things, is investigating the MESO SP stok drop. They do these things when a stock drop occurs.

They hope to find enough from their investigation to allege scienter against the company and it's officers. After that - a company and it's officers have to defend.

The inference from the investigation is the FDA "considerations" in its memo to ODAC, where material to an informed market, given the SP was affected when they were released. What they are trying to do is find a way to allege that Meso and it's officers, knew of them and deliberately did not disclose them to the market.

Lets hope MSB come out and refute this investigation this week.
