It's a good start with Jen, surprisingly a lot of female friends follow her on IG/FB so she does have somewhat of a presence on social media. Agree with points regarding bubs being unknown amongst a lot of mums. BUBs is a great product but they just need to hit hard with the marketing and promotion and the rest will sort itself out.
