I think every dollar in the third world has a much more profound impact on lives than charity dollars here. So I give to Medecins sans Frontieres (Doctors without Borders) they are on the front line of humanitarian disaster often before the other aid organisations.
I think they are a lean operation but you know what, even if some of your charity dollars go into admin I am sure you're still making a difference with what does get through.
Sure times are tough but we are extremely lucky even in our "tough" times so I hope people don't stop giving.
