CGS-CIMB gave notice to the ASX 16 Apr 20 of becoming a substantial shareholder on 2/3/20. By the time they gave notice they had 8.35%. They had been buying shares since Sept 19 as listed in the notice. They may have picked up some shares as sophisticated investors in the capital raising but otherwise the shares have been bought on market. I don't think this has anything to do with the Directors.
