Interesting. But communications like this via social media make me curious to know why business dealings that have an "immediate and significant impact on the business" wouldn't be considered material and announced via the ASX. Maybe it's just the wording used that is creating this perception for me, but if any significant new business has been on-boarded we should know about it.
