Round 2 ISX vs ASX, page-459

It looks like ASX and ASIC are working hard...trying to get out of the mess they created. By doing so, are they digging a bigger hole for themselves? Did ASIC violate its own ruling on disclosure as there is evidence that ASIC shared information to ASX? Did ASX then share it with anyone else?

I wonder what Austrac & ACCC's views are, as two entities are potentially colluding to make a case. This, in my view, is a serious breach of trust not just of ISX's clients but also the company and its shareholders.
