I spoke to a friend of mine who knows a few people in the corporate world. He has stated that to not sell IGC once the market opens at the takeover price. He believes that other parties, not party, parties are interested in offering a premium to NKP. He thinks to sit on the sidelines for about 3days and if nothing has occured, to take the deal at the recommended price offer.

Dont take this what I said seriously, however if a takeover price is low, I will personally just wait and see.
