    curious how you see it turning around? genuinely.

    -near 5 billion shares on issues..
    -no cash in the bank
    -no production on the horizon
    -2 green field projects that require exploration $$$
    -debt
    - directors fees to dgr continue.

    thats the start state.... how do you turn that around without taking soi to 10 billion and raising at .0009c.
