A podcast haha... random but interesting. Who get's to edit and make decisions on posting the final product I wonder? Don;t think for a second everyone is not accountable on HC for what they post, they are. Companies can and have pursued posters through the courts. HC spends considerable time checking and vetting posters who receive such complaints in deciding their membership here I can attest to.

Management can and do post on HC, the only rule is they must disclose their identity to the forum. They don't have to post often but they could easily post information that is not market sensitive that contradicts my view as required. For example I made a long post with peer reports and information evaluating the Va-Ti-Mag market and the likely price of MRQ's product. Unfortunately it was moderated but such a rebuttal is appropriate for HC as it is when management have private meetings with investors everyday. Selling their side of the story.

Is it really that bigger a deal? I post and explain my view on the results and the industry etc. At worst they just need to feed better information if they have it to a more knowledgeable and credible poster than bmwgirl to make the debate for them on HC. Someone to say my recovery assumptions are wrong, or my pricing etc. Plenty of market experts outside HC, most advising brokers and large investors but not bothered about the retail muppets. Professionals do not want to invite competition with retail by posting HC bullish opinions when they are trying to buy and get set, nor the opposite when they want to sell and get out. Difference is I don;t hold, never held and aren't professional... just interested.
