    hey Volt - "17 years to consolidate"? which charts are you looking at? when was the last 17 year recovery period? I can't see anything like that on any chart I've ever seen.... maybe I don't understand your post.... the 1987 debacle never took anything like that to recover, and the early 2000's ditto.... where do you get 17 years?
