The ASEAN cartel look like bumbling idiots again. Reeve obviously knows his commercial law much better than they do.
Reeve wins through technicalities, but I expect ASEAN etc to keep persisting because the votes are so close. Unfortunately, the company will continue to suffer from the ongoing stoush to the disadvantage of all shareholders.
Can anyone advise on what basis the ASX suspension is able to continue?
