Even Mike said at the Road Show that the share price usually arbitrages to the capital raising price once it is done. So expect the SP to go to 5.7 cents. I do have a feeling however, that they will inform us of a plan to manufacture more HX's so it should help increase the price again.
If they do, I would expect that they know they can meet building codes and have customers lined up. Too Bad Troopy et al.
