Sub holders must declare but other large placement holders that fall below 5% can do as they please without scrutiny. It still doesn't change anything though. Sub holders and large holders have no more knowledge of what the drill will bring up than anyone else. It might affect traders and the emotions of the voyeurs however it can't change the actual result and it is the drill results that will ultimately determine the SP. Until then it is all just noise and waiting time. The augers will determine the plan of attack once they are received by end of month and the POW will also be no doubt be back by then. Then my guess is 4 weeks of drilling and we may get some early indications by late Sept of first drill results if lucky.
No matter who buys and sells in the meantime won't make any difference.
