A few months ago I mentioned that I think the FED/Gov will be introducing some form of "FED coins" in the future. A digital dollar which would allow the FED to not only control the creation of money, but the velocity of money aswell.

For example: Trump gives everyone $2000 into their new digital dollar wallets, because it's digital dollars that can be programmed to expire within 3 months and can only be used to spend in stores within a 10km radius of where you live or any other combination required at that time (this is all just a hypothetical, but with digital currency you could literally program it as such). This would control the velocity of the money because you are basically forced to 'use it or lose it' and it could be controlled where or what you spend it on.
