    My understanding is

    *$100mn equity investment/JV partner announced (next week)
    *QLD transmission finalised (Sep 1-4)
    *ARENA grant (Sep 7-11)
    *EGM approving J-POWER investment (Sep 18)
    *NAIF close (Sep 21-25)

    NAIF will require all boxes ticked before executing paperwork with the Qld Government and Genex.
