Most of these "DOGS" were smashed by percentage much more than appropriate so it stands to reason that they should be bought back up once the market realises the sky isn't in fact falling in and is due for a recovery of some sorts (whatever that is).
Good to see that the ultimate DOGS (in my opinion of course)
RAU and JUT have not moved so there is some sense to the madness taking place.
