Personally, I don’t regard a comparison of a stocks turnover/market cap with another company in the same/similar space as a blatant cross-promotion. Thats how many of us found out about WOA by reading it on another thread. There is much to be gained from the collective wisdom of all contributors and info on their various shareholdings. It is also a way of assessing the poster’s credibility if you can see the type of shares they invest in. I’d like to see every poster’s top 5 performers and worst 5 stated at the end of every post.

I understand why there is a rule governing cross-promotion if it takes the discussion too far off topic but don’t regard these types of conversations as being untoward.
