    I agree with you BB, it manes no sense on fundamentals. But don't you think that's too much volume to be a pump and dump? Half the company in 3 days. Looks more like a hostile takeover to me. If they get control for 25m cost it would be a big win for Wyndham, Basalco, SantaFe, JSW, etc. Remember ADY is suing them for over 150m. The litigation costs and time could add up to more than 25m. It is also cheap for 60% of Santa Barbara. Seems to make sense.
