I have held shares in this company since 1997. My experience suggests it is for the benefit of management. JK put out a cartoon many years ago of a celebrity type pushing through a crowd with someone yelling "Make way, a geologist coming through". Maybe there is more to be gleaned from that, than the annual reports.

I have noted a few posts over the last year intimating the leopard had changed his spots or major holders are independent of each other and there to keep things honest, I am to be convinced on either count. Whether these resolutions pass or not depends on the major players.

What are the odds? Done deal or not.
