agree. tiny company, having a bit of cash, making profit for the first time in history, saying, well, we dont have any idea how to capitalise in this favourable market and clueless what to do with our profits, so we'll give it to you. How ridiculous is that? My junior management consultant would advise you to use your profits in a mill diff ways but div. allocation.
Unless, ...in the absence of strong guidance, the thinking is "let's announce dividends so that SP doesnt collapse on the 20th".

ps.plus more liquidity is req'd so mr CEO should sell some of his shares if he wants a more stable price dynamics.
