    The CEO's shares are held in escrow to end of Feb next year, so why would he want more liquidity and a stable share price...? The only people who want this are short term traders not prepared to invest long term.

    Also why would the SP collapse when it is growing strongly QTR to QTR and generating margins over 70%? It's the market's fault if their decision making is heavily influenced by what the SP does in between quarterly results and update performance guidance.
