Turned out to be a scratchy day. Pure lack of discipline from my end. Had been working very hard with a plan around selected stocks and frankly all doing well, profitable. However all the hard work went down the drain... I gave into the temptation of the runner! HYD! Not once but three times and all three being loss trades. Each loss greater than the other. It was like chasing my loss trade... a total brain fade and very poor discipline. I will continue to learn and hopefully get better, but I also need to learn how to catch a runner once in a while. I have only lost trades on runners.
Overall a red day. I feel a lot of pain from all the hard work that went into winning trades and I ruined it.

Today my loss trades were bigger than profit trades. I did this last week with VR1 and today with HYD. Very not necessary. Very annoyed with my self.
I am looking forward to tomorrow now!
