Maybe you didn't have $500 min of shares or returned the paperwork saying agree. I know once a holder has over 90% it's a compulsory take over and they can basically do as they wish to get 100%. I know they gave plenty of time for holders to accept. Enjoy your check can't go any lower but the current SP can. Use your check after the CR and double your investment.
