    A refund guarantee is standard marketing. Makes people more likely to buy, but if they are dissatisfied it is usually too much hassle to post the product back to the company or take it into a store. And if they do send something back, the company gets feedback.
    And it is good customer relations anyway.

    The more I research EOF the more confident I become. Looking forward to the results announcement. Not sure when that will be?
